If you're an older or even newer fan of Rurouni Kenshin (or possibly just an art fan) you may be aware of Haku Baikou. I have learned recently she passed away.

She had one of the best and active sites for Ruroken on the net supplying us with fanart, fanfiction and more. Not to mention her own beautiful art that was fanart and more recently original. I had her on my "DeviantArt" watch list and enjoyed watching new art of hers coming through.

I also looked forward to every year on her website of the RuorKen fanart challenge that had themes. This year was to be the year I finally submitted since I got back into art...

But please, if you knew her there is a web page in her honor where you can leave a donation or just a simple message. In Honor of Charlene.

Her DeviantArt gallery. Very talented lady. I will always look up to her artwork.

Hakubaikou.com. Her website with a collection of fanworks for RuroKen including her own. My favourite ever RuroKen website. My own work is on that site. She always had wonderful things to say when she posted my art.

They're going to show Twilight on base here at the theaters for a few showings! This makes me MUCHO HAPPY! Seeing as the Japanese release isn't until April.

BTW, Gaijin Goodales has been updated a lot.

Some Yakitori, Yokohama and Kurou? It's there.

So in Japan now.

As far as a new chapter, that will happen after I move to Japan. I can draw here to my hearts content but not write. No privacy, lol. But I'm working on it! Got plans!

So I finished another Twilight pic. It's up on DeviantART:

It's pretty much inside jokes for Twilight readers. Also a quick pic. I'm currently running on an old laptop in a hotel room. The place I'm staying at until I go to Japan is under repairs because of hurricane Dali. Large projects like the last pic are next to impossible, ha ha.

So the next couple pics will be similar. Quick and easy and small. XD I have another Twilight funny planned. Plus two RuroKen pics and a major Twilight pic once I get back to the house in a week.

I'm sorry, the Twilight muse has struck, my RuroKen buddies! I can't help but love this sappy Vampire romance stuff! Like Vampire Knight! But I'm scared to butcher the characters too much to do fan art for VK, ha ha.

This one took me a few days, almost a week really, of straight work to finish. Wish the background was better but where I'm staying at tomorrow is getting torn apart by contractors. Had to finish up today no matter what. Blah.

I haven't done anything creative in weeks... months? Haven't been involved with anything accept a few posts here and there on the EGL community and some friends entries. MM.Org must be upset at me, I'm kinda afraid to go back.

This is what is waiting to be finished:

It's uh... a Gothic Lolita Maiko. Totally inspired of course by the two. It's not suitable to be Lolita and really not for a Maiko.

She's (Cherry Posion aka Neko Oni) totally a collab of all my favorite things in this pic. Pink and black. Kyoto Maiko. Lolita. Kanzashi. Crowns and skulls. Rocking Horse shoes. And beautiful things.

*Sigh* Maybe she'll get finished one day... there are just things going on right now.

And to put the icing on the Cake of my life this Btssb dress was sold out. *Pissed* They emailed this morning and told me. I had total plans of buying a lot of the Alice and the Pirates line in Navy Blue starting with that JSK and a pair of shoes.

But I did just reserve this JSK in black. *happy*

I've been working on some art again. It's great. I forget how fun it is, lol.

Anyway this first one I drew up for my EGL icon to use in the community. I'm obsessed with EGL now and want to draw lots of pretty dresses. Tho, this one I drew (keep in mind it was for a icon) is probably more EroLoli. <3
